You feel like your body is holding you back from playing your best golf.
You want to get stronger and move better on and off the course.
You want golf-specific training without overcomplicating everything.
You want to reduce stiffness, improve mobility and build a more resilient body.
You care about your health and fitness as much as your scorecard.
You want to keep playing and enjoying golf for as long as possible.
I absolutely love golf, and I want to keep playing for as long as possible. That was the motivation behind starting Compound Golf.
The goal is simple: Build a body that allows you to keep playing for life.
That means working on the things that support your golf over the long term: strength, mobility, stability, rotation, fitness, nutrition, habits and recovery.
This isn’t about chasing quick fixes or short-term results. All of the performance stuff, the lower handicap, the extra distance, the improved consistency, these will all come as a by-product of pursuing that bigger goal.

No, but it helps.
Your plan will be built around the equipment you have available. If you have access to a gym, great. If not, we can still build an effective plan using dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises or whatever you have access to.
Not a problem!
Your plan will be built around your current fitness level, training experience and goals. You don’t need to be strong, fit or experienced before starting. The whole point is to meet you where you are and build from there.
Most plans can be built around 2–4 sessions per week, depending on your schedule, goals and how much golf you’re playing.
The aim is to make the plan realistic. If you only have a couple of sessions available each week, we’ll build around that.
No.
Compound Golf is golf fitness coaching, not technical swing coaching.
This is not about making technical changes to your swing. It’s about improving your physical ability to swing the club better.
The aim is to help you build the strength, mobility, stability and control needed to move better, feel better and support your golf.
For swing-specific changes, I’d always recommend working with a qualified golf coach.
Yes.
Nutrition guidance can be included to support your energy, recovery, body composition and performance. This includes calorie and macro targets, protein guidance and simple advice around food quality and fuelling properly.
It won’t be a rigid meal plan. The goal is to make nutrition simple, useful and realistic.
Yes, if that’s your goal.
We can structure your training and nutrition to support fat loss in a sensible, sustainable way without extreme restriction or crash dieting.
The focus will be on building habits you can maintain, not chasing a quick result that disappears a few weeks later.
Absolutely!
Your training will be adjusted around how much golf you’re playing. During busy golf weeks, the focus might shift more towards maintenance, mobility, recovery and keeping your body feeling good and moving well.
The goal is to support your golf, not leave you too sore to play.
Almost definitely.
Building strength, mobility, rotational power and better movement can all support clubhead speed and more efficient movement.
That said, distance also depends on technique, strike, equipment and how you deliver the club. The aim is to improve the physical qualities that give you a better chance of producing speed and moving well.
We’ll check in weekly.
This gives us a chance to review how training is going, how your body is feeling, what your schedule looks like for the coming week and discuss any adjustments we need to make.
Check-ins are completed via an online form. However ongoing advice and support is always available throughout the week via direct messages/email.
That’s something we’ll discuss before starting.
Your plan will be built around your injury history, current limitations and comfort levels. If anything needs specialist support, I’ll always recommend speaking with a qualified physio or medical professional.
Online coaching is priced at £50 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment, then rolling monthly contract thereafter. You can cancel any time after the first three months.
For a limited time, get 3 months for the price of 2!
